Unit Allocations

The following document shows the VGS GIC allocations for the South West Region from April 2008 to September 2008. NB. Morning allocations should aim to arrive no later than 1000hrs and afternoon allocations by 1400hrs. All allocations are for Four (4) cadets, except overseas squadrons who are allocated 6 cadets for transportation reasons. If you have any queries regarding these allocations or your if unit is unable to attend please email the Squaron Adjutant . Alternativly please contact your liasion officer via the contact us page.

Please also be aware that the VGS can now be contacted during operations on the Duty Instructors mobile phone 07990 914069. This number should be used to inform the Duty Instructor of any possible delays or problems during your journey to Chivenor.
